A unique, prestigious building in the back of the mythological Beit Hassofer on Kaplan Street, within walking distance from Tel Aviv culture and recreation centers

The project will include the reconstruction of Beit Hassofer, named after Shaul Tchernichovsky and designed by architect Dov Karmi in 1957. This building still houses to this day the management of the Hebrew Writers Association in Israel. The planned reconstruction, which will be done by architect Giora Solar, will restore the old building’s glamour, and combine past elements with technology and progress.

The residential building which will be constructed at the back of the old building will include a variety of premium-standard luxury apartments.
